Wynn Al Marjan Island, set to open in early 2027, is a luxury beachside resort in Ras al-Khaimah offering 1,530 rooms, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa. We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager – Stewarding to join our team and support the management of kitchen cleanliness, inventory, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Stewarding Manager in planning and overseeing kitchen cleanliness and sanitation activities.

• Conduct daily kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and fire regulations.

• Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and staff training sessions.

• Maintain inventory control and order equipment and supplies within budget.

• Oversee maintenance of banquet equipment and ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals.

• Promote teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to company policies.

• Follow health, safety, and recycling standards to ensure a safe and sustainable environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–3 years of steward management experience in a five-star hotel preferred.

• Knowledge of proper handling, use, and storage of cleaning chemicals.

• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel operating systems.

• Physically fit to handle large equipment, high areas, and heavy lifting.

• Strong team player who thrives in a high-pressure environment.
