Wynn Al Marjan Island, set to open in early 2027, is a luxury beachside resort in Ras al-Khaimah offering 1,530 rooms, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa. We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager – Stewarding to join our team and support the management of kitchen cleanliness, inventory, and staff training.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Stewarding Manager in planning and overseeing kitchen cleanliness and sanitation activities.

Conduct daily kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and fire regulations.

Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and staff training sessions.

Maintain inventory control and order equipment and supplies within budget.

Oversee maintenance of banquet equipment and ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals.

Promote teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to company policies.

Follow health, safety, and recycling standards to ensure a safe and sustainable environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:

2–3 years of steward management experience in a five-star hotel preferred.

Knowledge of proper handling, use, and storage of cleaning chemicals.

Proficiency in MS Office and hotel operating systems.

Physically fit to handle large equipment, high areas, and heavy lifting.

Strong team player who thrives in a high-pressure environment.
