Emirates Logistics LLC is seeking a proactive and disciplined Safety Officer to supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) activities within the facility. The Safety Officer will ensure a safe working environment, enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and provide training to staff. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all H&S matters within the facility.

Prepare and maintain H&S checklists and ensure compliance.

Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers.

Conduct daily rounds to identify hazards and coordinate with supervisors.

Maintain discipline and harmony in the facility, reporting any misconduct.

Conduct safety inductions, periodic H&S training, and awareness sessions.

Record incidents and accidents, maintaining accurate reports.

Inspect and maintain safety equipment, including First Aid kits; provide First Aid when necessary.

Lead emergency evacuation drills with the designated evacuation team.

Monitor high-risk activities and ensure workplace hygiene, waste management, and proper housekeeping.

Any other H&S-related tasks as assigned by the department head.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.
-
NEBOSH or IOSH trained.
-
Energetic, physically active, and detail-oriented.
-
Strong people management and discipline enforcement skills.

Self-disciplined with dedication to promoting a safety culture.

Excellent communication, presentation, and MS Office skills.
-
Proactive, team-player, and committed to continuous improvement.
Salary & Benefits:

AED 3,500/month + AED 850 live-out allowance + AED 206.25 food allowance.
