ROSEN is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Dubai team. This role supports project management, schedule monitoring, and coordination across teams to ensure successful project execution. The Project Coordinator will act as a vital link between project leads and stakeholders, providing timely updates, identifying critical tasks, and maintaining documentation for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the role of Schedule Lead within assigned projects.

• Develop initial project schedules considering contractual obligations and resource availability.

• Obtain agreement to baseline schedules from all involved parties.

• Identify critical tasks and monitor project execution progress.

• Update schedules regularly and evaluate the impact of events on project timelines.

• Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders, providing status updates and coordination.

• Escalate deviations and propose realistic countermeasures to keep projects on track.

• Document lessons learned and share best practices for future projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Experience in document control and time management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is an added advantage.
