The AML Officer will be responsible for monitoring and investigating suspicious financial activities, ensuring compliance with AML regulations, and implementing policies to safeguard the integrity of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze transactions to detect suspicious or high-risk activities.

• Conduct due diligence and sanction screening in line with compliance standards.

• Investigate unusual activity reports and escalate cases as necessary.

• Develop and implement AML policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Prepare and submit suspicious activity reports (SARs) to regulatory bodies.

• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and investigations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with regulators to ensure adherence to laws.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for monitoring and investigations.

• In-depth knowledge of sanction regulations, due diligence, and AML best practices.

• Proficiency in finance and compliance processes, ideally within fintech or crypto.

• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and regulators.

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.

• Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain-related compliance is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
