We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Music Academy team in Dubai. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and efficient delivery of music education services across schools and community programmes, including after-school and weekend activities. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, support administrative teams, coordinate with teaching staff, and maintain strong relationships with schools, parents, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of music services across multiple schools and academy sites.

• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for music teachers and programmes.

• Manage the coordination of after-school and weekend music programmes, including satellite academies.

• Act as the primary liaison for schools, parents, venues, and external partners.

• Support and lead administrative staff to ensure high service delivery standards.

• Address parent queries with professionalism and timely resolution.

• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and support for new teaching staff.

• Manage procurement requests and liaise with suppliers for timely delivery.

• Track budgets, oversee invoicing, and collaborate with finance on payment processes.

• Ensure compliance with policies, safeguarding standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and manage CRM systems (e.g., Okrabooks) for bookings, payments, and communications.

• Maintain accurate data records and reporting for operational efficiency.

• Contribute to developing and improving operational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations or administration (preferably within education, performing arts, or service delivery).

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across diverse teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  Desirable:

• Background or strong interest in music/performing arts.

• Experience in school or multi-site operations.

• Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance procedures.
