We are hiring a motivated and sales-driven Sales Coordinator / Call Centre Associate to join our client’s growing team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound communications, booking premium beauty and wellness services, and driving sales through excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails with professionalism and warmth.

• Make outbound calls to existing clients to promote treatments, packages, and new offers.

• Manage appointment bookings and follow up to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Achieve individual sales targets while consistently delivering high-quality customer service.

• Build lasting client relationships by providing tailored advice and upselling services.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, call centre, or customer service roles (experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry is highly preferred).

• Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent phone and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated by achieving sales targets.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 6,000 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of allowances).

• Additional Perks: Uncapped commission with On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to AED 20,000+.
