DataPillar is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates currently based in the UAE, with immediate joiners preferred. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, monitoring progress, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of project initiatives globally.

• Track timelines, milestones, and resource utilization to ensure efficiency.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, send task allocation updates, and collect EOD reports.

• Manage project tracking tools such as Jira and ensure updates are accurate.

• Prepare weekly forecasts, reports, and maintain backlog updates.

• Follow up with stakeholders and team members to identify blockers and ensure timely resolution.

• Assist in planning Go-Lives and support project-critical activities outside working hours if required.

• Support onboarding of new team members, communications, and smooth resource handovers.

• Contribute to performance tracking, feedback, and compliance with company policies.

• Monitor project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when needed.

• Assist in documentation, quality control, and project closure activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

• Understanding of project management principles, tools, and best practices.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under pressure.

• Knowledge of Jira, Teams, and other project management tools is a plus.
