The ideal candidate should come from a facilities management background and be capable of handling blue-collar recruitments efficiently. This role requires someone energetic, organized, and skilled in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the right talent to meet the company’s workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify current and future hiring needs across departments.

• Develop accurate job descriptions and specifications.

• Collaborate with department managers to align on recruitment requirements.

• Source candidates through databases, online forums, social media, and other channels.

• Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and select the most suitable candidates.

• Assess applicants’ skills, knowledge, and experience against role requirements.

• Complete new hire documentation and onboarding formalities.

• Promote the company as an employer of choice to attract top talent.

• Manage internship programs and support talent development initiatives.

• Stay updated with employment legislation and ensure compliance in hiring processes.

• Provide recruitment reports and insights to HR and team managers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Strong experience in blue-collar recruitment within facilities management.

• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, behavioral, etc.).

• Knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and databases.

• Ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good decision-making abilities and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with UAE employment law and labor regulations.
