CAA Portas, the management consulting division of Creative Artists Agency (CAA) dedicated to sports, is seeking an Associate Partner to join its global leadership team in Dubai/Riyadh. The role involves providing strategic advice to senior clients worldwide, driving business development, and leading projects that deliver transformational impact in the sports industry. The ideal candidate will bring top-tier consulting experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep passion for sports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-impact strategic advice to senior clients, driving sustainable value creation and audience growth.

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities across global markets.

• Lead client projects, ensuring exceptional delivery and measurable impact.

• Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior stakeholders.

• Guide problem-solving, manage client communications, and build strong client relationships.

• Coach and mentor team members to enhance consulting capabilities.

• Contribute to internal firm-building initiatives and knowledge development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven consulting background, already at Associate Partner level.

• Minimum 6–7 years of management consulting experience, preferably at a top-tier firm.

• Strong expertise in sports business, strategy, and transformation.

• Established network within the sports industry.

• Demonstrated passion for sports and its role in driving societal impact.

• Experience in delivering strategic advisory services with global exposure.

• Willingness to work and travel internationally.
