Qantra HR, a leading HR and Technology Consulting firm in the UAE, is hiring a Business Development Manager/360 Recruitment Consultant. This is a full-time, commission-based remote role designed for professionals who excel in business development, client management, and full-cycle recruitment. The role focuses on building client relationships, recruiting top talent in Data, AI, and Cybersecurity, and supporting the UAE’s vision for Emiratization hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strong client relationships within the UAE/GCC market.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive recruitment growth.

• Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

• Conduct market research and maintain updated recruitment databases.

• Negotiate contracts and provide strategic hiring advice to clients.

• Ensure client satisfaction through quality service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong background in Business Development and Client Relationship Management.

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment (end-to-end hiring).

• Knowledge of technology recruitment (Data, AI, Cybersecurity).

• Excellent market research and contract negotiation skills.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication.

• Ability to work independently and remotely.

• Familiarity with HR Consulting and Emiratization hiring is a plus.

• Must be based in UAE and hold an own visa.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.

• Strong existing network in the UAE/GCC market.

Compensation:

• Commission-based role.

• Earn up to 35% commission on each successful placement.
