Thomas Foods International (TFI), one of Australia’s largest family-owned food businesses, is seeking a Sales Support Officer to join their Dubai office. TFI is a global leader in premium meat and seafood supply, with operations across Australia, the US, China, Japan, Europe, and the Middle East.

The Sales Support Officer will play a key role in supporting sales operations, ensuring seamless order management, and maintaining excellent communication between internal teams, suppliers, and clients. This role will focus on handling perishable chilled beef and lamb exports into retail and high-end foodservice partners across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales support including order entry, processing, and coordination.

• Collaborate with production plants for planning and scheduling.

• Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Provide exceptional customer service and act as the communication bridge between clients and departments.

• Track sales performance and support reporting functions.

• Assist with problem-solving and ensure smooth operations in line with company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG or the food industry.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Highly motivated, analytical, and solutions-driven.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
