ALBA CORP is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support reporting and compliance. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a proactive approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger entries and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and payroll transactions.

• Support external audits and ensure timely documentation.

• Liaise with internal departments to clarify billing or budget-related queries.

• Coordinate with banks and external vendors on financial matters.

• Assist management with financial forecasting and budgeting.

• Monitor transactions and ensure reconciliation of accounts.

• Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues.

• Recommend improvements to accounting procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
