This role involves preparing precise technical drawings, collaborating with architects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in AutoCAD and Revit, and passionate about innovative design and drafting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D drawings and REVIT models for architectural and engineering projects.

• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to understand project requirements.

• Review and interpret technical drawings, ensuring drafts meet project specifications.

• Modify existing plans to accommodate design or scope changes.

• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Conduct quality checks for accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain systematic records of design files, revisions, and project documentation.

• Assist in resolving technical and design-related issues.

• Convert sketches and instructions into precise CAD drawings.

• Prepare layouts, detailed drawings, and assembly diagrams for construction or manufacturing.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.

• Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar).

• Solid technical drawing skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Knowledge of fit-out and joinery is highly preferred.

• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in drafting work.
