Tricees Group is recruiting a SIRA-certified Security Guard to join its client company, a leading provider of international electromechanical services in Dubai. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of people and property, monitoring premises, controlling access, patrolling, and responding to emergencies, while maintaining detailed logs and adhering to site-specific safety protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols to identify security issues or hazards.

• Manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, and control access to restricted areas.

• Respond swiftly to alarms, security breaches, fires, or medical emergencies, coordinating with emergency services.

• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and suspicious behavior for management and law enforcement.

• Execute site-specific emergency evacuation plans and security protocols.

• Handle conflicts and disturbances professionally and assist visitors and staff as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all site rules, safety policies, and security procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid SIRA Certificate.

• Physically fit and presentable.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Vigilant, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
