A.H is a multi-branch company operating in Dubai Free Zone locations including Naif, Al Murar/Al Murakabat, and Deira. We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Technician to manage IT infrastructure across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, networking, and troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems (LAN, PCs, printers).

• Manage Active Directory users, groups, and policies.

• Oversee data backup management and protection.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.

• Provide support for Microsoft Outlook setup, migration, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve IT issues.

• Ensure IT infrastructure is secure, stable, and reliable across all branches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience in Dubai.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.

• Solid networking skills including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Active Directory management.

• Proficiency in backup management and data protection.

• Working knowledge of PCs, printers, LAN troubleshooting, and CCTV systems.

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and other IT tools.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month.
