Autolink Contracting LLC (ALC) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the company’s construction operations in Dubai. The role involves managing multiple sites, ensuring efficient project delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential and high-rise construction projects, with proven expertise in managing complex operations and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction operations across multiple sites.

• Ensure compliance with Dubai authorities, including DDA, DM, DEWA, DCD, RTA, Trakhees, and master developers.

• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and handover in collaboration with project managers and site teams.

• Establish and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices.

• Coordinate with internal departments (Commercial, Procurement, Finance, HR, HSE) to ensure smooth operations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.

• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.

• Monitor budgets, control costs, and track financial performance.

• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Promote high standards of safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

• Provide regular performance and progress reports to the Managing Director.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).

• 12–15 years of construction industry experience, with at least 5 years in senior operations/project management in Dubai.

• Proven track record managing residential (G+4) to high-rise (G+unlimited) projects.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s construction regulations, authority procedures, and master developer requirements.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

• Strong financial and contractual awareness.

• UAE Driving License required.
