Role Overview
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to manage and implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multiple projects in Dubai. This role ensures consistent standards, high-quality deliverables, and seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement BIM standards and workflows across projects.

• Coordinate with project teams to maintain consistency in BIM processes.

• Set up and maintain Common Data Environments (CDE) for collaboration.

• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and related documentation.

• Facilitate multidisciplinary model federation and coordination.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards.

• Curate and manage BIM content, including objects, families, and templates.

• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows.

• Integrate BIM processes with project schedules and deliverables.

• Support point cloud surveys and 4D BIM integration when required.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Design Technology, Construction Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM coordination or digital delivery within construction.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards.

• Experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Bentley ProjectWise.

• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM management and model federation.

• Knowledge of visual programming (e.g., Dynamo) is preferred.

• Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
