Role Overview
We are seeking a Delivery Specialist to manage the final stage of vehicle sales — customer handover. The role ensures vehicles are prepared, documentation is complete, and customers receive a seamless, professional, and memorable delivery experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Delivery & Handover

  • Coordinate with sales, service, registration, and logistics teams to ensure timely vehicle readiness.

  • Inspect vehicles before handover to confirm quality and safety standards.

  • Prepare delivery documentation and ensure completion of customer paperwork.

  • Conduct professional vehicle handovers, explaining features, technology, and after-sales services.

Customer Experience

  • Act as the main point of contact during delivery, providing updates and resolving queries.

  • Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with brand standards.

  • Conduct follow-up calls post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.

Registration & Documentation Coordination

  • Collaborate with Sales Administration/Registration teams to complete vehicle registration with RTA.

  • Verify insurance, finance, and ownership transfer processes.

  • Maintain accurate delivery records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Operational Support & Reporting

  • Maintain delivery schedules and coordinate with departments to avoid delays.

  • Report daily/weekly delivery status, pending handovers, and customer feedback.

  • Support showroom events, promotions, and customer engagement activities as needed.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, vehicle delivery, or automotive operations.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE vehicle registration and delivery processes (RTA).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-first mindset with ability to manage multiple deliveries and prioritize tasks.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with DMS/CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.


Job Type: On-site, Full-time
