Compliance Manager – UAE/Egypt/KSA

Role Overview
LIXIL is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee compliance programs across UAE, Egypt, and KSA. This hybrid, full-time role involves implementing compliance initiatives, monitoring regulatory adherence, conducting investigations, and supporting regional and global compliance committees.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and drive execution of compliance programs in MENA in line with global standards.

  • Conduct and document compliance-related investigations; ensure proper follow-up and reporting.

  • Prepare and coordinate Regional Compliance Committee (CCM) meetings, including agendas and documentation.

  • Implement global and regional compliance initiatives, tools, and systems across MENA.

  • Monitor adherence to internal policies (Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Trade Compliance, Speak-Up Policy) and escalate breaches.

  • Support third-party due diligence and onboarding under the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program.

  • Conduct compliance risk screenings and employee surveys.

  • Deliver and coordinate compliance trainings, including onboarding and targeted refreshers.

  • Monitor local regulatory/legal developments and align internal policies accordingly.

  • Serve as first point of contact for local management and employees on compliance topics.

  • Prepare regular compliance updates and reports for regional/global teams.

  • Coordinate communication and engagement for Compliance Week and other awareness campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.

  • Maintain organized documentation of compliance activities, investigations, trainings, and follow-ups.

  • Support external counsel or auditors by providing necessary documentation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law; admitted/qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of experience.

  • Proven track record in compliance matters, especially training and investigations.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours when required.

  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural, matrix organization environment.

  • Previous experience in IMEA jurisdictions or the water technology/sanitaryware industry is advantageous.

  • Additional compliance qualifications are a plus.
