Revolut, one of the fastest-growing fintech companies globally, is seeking an Audit Operations Manager to oversee external audits and drive transformation in audit delivery processes. This role is ideal for a qualified accountant with Big 4 experience looking to transition into fintech, leveraging technology to streamline audits while managing high-impact projects across finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of external audits and quarterly reviews, from planning to completion.

• Act as the primary liaison for all audit queries, ensuring efficient resolution and strong auditor relationships.

• Oversee the transition of the group’s external audit to EY for FY2026, establishing robust systems and processes.

• Drive innovation in audits through automated data pipelines and continuous audit models.

• Ensure audit deadlines are met while implementing measures to accelerate future audit cycles.

• Utilize downtime to support finance projects such as SOX readiness, process improvements, and building financial monitoring dashboards.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent).

• 4+ years of recent audit experience at a Big 4 firm.

• Strong track record of managing complex audit projects.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge and improve processes.

• Strong project management and organizational skills under tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn quickly.

Nice to Have:

• Experience auditing fintech or large tech companies.

• Proven history of automating audit/finance processes.

• Familiarity with data analytics and assurance.

• Experience implementing finance optimization initiatives.
