NVIDIA, a global leader in AI, high-performance computing, and visualization, is seeking a Data Center Deployment Specialist to join its Infrastructure Specialists team. This role involves supporting large-scale deployments of NVIDIA products, overseeing contractors, and ensuring world-class data center standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and provide ongoing support for NVIDIA products.

• Supervise 3rd party contractors onsite and remotely.

• Manage cable installations (connections, port assignments, labeling, and testing).

• Conduct quality testing of cabling and resolve related issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation of work instructions, standards, and processes.

• Record all physical assets and maintain inventory in Asset Manager.

• Inspect incoming hardware shipments and handle receiving duties.

• Install network systems at customer sites and maintain event logs.

• Participate actively in project calls, balancing multiple priorities.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Data Center Technician, Field Service Engineer, or similar.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong knowledge of data center operations, servers, and network equipment.

• Experience with liquid-cooled systems and data center equipment installation/maintenance.

• Proficiency in IT support and network troubleshooting.

• Certifications preferred: BICSI, CNCDP, FOA CFOSDC, CNCI.

• Willingness to travel (30–35%).

• Strong teamwork, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Stand-Out Qualities):

• Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and error resolution.

• Collaboration with R&D and Network Engineering teams.

• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
