A leading luxury interiors brand is seeking a Showroom Manager for its flagship Dubai showroom, specializing in premium Italian-themed furnishings and décor. The ideal candidate will blend operational management, client-facing sales, and design expertise to deliver a seamless luxury retail experience.

Salary Range: AED 15,000 – AED 24,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Operations

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring showroom reflects the brand’s Italian luxury identity.

• Maintain immaculate product displays, seasonal themes, and inventory.

• Coordinate with suppliers for restocking, installations, and product rotations.

• Ensure ambiance and presentation meet premium hospitality standards.

Sales & Client Engagement

• Lead client consultations from initial inquiry to project completion.

• Develop customized furnishing solutions with in-house designers.

• Educate clients on Italian design, craftsmanship, and finishes.

• Build strong relationships with HNW clients, architects, and developers.

Team Leadership

• Train, manage, and motivate showroom staff for excellent service.

• Set KPIs and monitor sales and service performance.

• Plan staffing schedules around retail peak hours.

Design & Brand Alignment

• Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams for showroom launches.

• Stay updated on Italian interior trends and translate into showroom themes.

• Ensure brand identity is consistently reflected in client experiences.

Administrative & Reporting

• Track sales, inventory, and client feedback.

• Prepare performance reports (weekly and monthly).

• Ensure compliance with Dubai retail regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in luxury retail or interior showrooms; exposure to Italian/European design highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of Italian interiors, furniture lines, and styling. Proficiency in CRM/POS systems; design tools like SketchUp or AutoCAD a plus.

• Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic or Italian is an advantage.

• Personality: Client-oriented, polished, detail-driven, and passionate about high-end design.
