Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms and common areas.

• Perform laundry duties, replenish room supplies, and ensure orderliness.

• Report any maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.

• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.

• Provide professional and courteous customer service to guests.

• Maintain discretion and professionalism in a VVIP property setting.

• Support junior staff with training and guidance when required.
