Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC), part of the SEHA network, is seeking a Volunteer in Human Resources Management to provide administrative support to the HR division. This part-time role focuses on digitizing, organizing, and maintaining employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data management standards. The volunteer will play a key role in supporting HR efficiency and facilitating timely access to critical employee information.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain employee records, both physical and digital, according to company policies.

• Perform data entry, update HR systems and spreadsheets, and ensure accurate record keeping.

• Retrieve and prepare files for HR staff, audits, or administrative tasks.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.

• Assist with archiving, disposal of outdated records, and database management.

• Digitize and upload HR documents into electronic filing systems or HRIS, verifying completeness and accuracy.

• Support file audits, clean-up activities, and ensure compliance with SSMC policies and regulatory requirements.

• Promote customer service standards and maintain effective working relationships within HR and other departments.

• Adhere to occupational health, safety, infection control guidelines, and emergency preparedness plans.

• Perform additional duties relevant to the role as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Required: High School diploma.

• Desired: Diploma or equivalent in any field.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry or HR systems.
