Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Kids For All Seasons Attendant (Seasonal Contract) for its prestigious Dubai Resort at Jumeirah Beach. This role is ideal for creative, energetic, and outgoing individuals with a passion for working with children. As part of the Four Seasons team, you will organize engaging activities, ensure children’s safety, and provide a fun, interactive environment for young guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage children’s activities, including audiovisual equipment, arts and crafts, and games.

• Ensure all required permission slips and waiver forms are completed by parents.

• Supervise, guide, and engage children in daily activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all play and activity areas.

• Create a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for children and their families.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Previous experience working with children in a hospitality, childcare, or educational setting.

• Creative, interactive, and outgoing personality.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage children’s activities responsibly and effectively.

Employment Details:

• Seasonal 4-month contract (starting October 1).

• Work schedule: 6 days per week, 48 hours total.
