Aujan Interiors is seeking a reliable Time Keeper to manage and monitor daily attendance of site staff, maintain accurate records, assist with accommodation logistics, and support administrative HR coordination. This full-time, on-site role ensures smooth site operations and accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily attendance of all site staff and report timely to relevant departments.

  • Update and maintain labor and staff timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Prepare and submit monthly work orders for ongoing site projects, coordinating with project managers and department heads.

  • Support and coordinate accommodation facilities for staff, maintaining proper records and allocation.

  • Calculate monthly overtime, ensuring alignment with timesheets and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Experience in attendance monitoring, timesheet management, or HR administrative support preferred.

  • Ability to manage records accurately and coordinate with multiple departments.

  • Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
