Apparel Group is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to develop and deliver in-store visual concepts that enhance brand identity and boost sales. This full-time, on-site role focuses on implementing brand-specific visual standards, training store teams, and creating engaging retail displays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure brand identity and presentation standards are consistently applied in-store and in windows.

• Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards and guidelines.

• Coordinate store displays in line with brand strategy.

• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact of merchandise.

• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in-store layout.

• Capture photographs of all merchandise display changes.

• Utilize creative lighting for windows and displays.

• Optimize placement of new product lines and re-merchandise based on trends.

• Create store layouts according to product categories.

• Ensure proper merchandising of items and collect feedback.

• Collaborate with operations and brand management teams to increase sales.

• Support pre-opening of stores and conduct visits to ensure adherence to brand standards.

• Conduct research on current market trends and lifestyles.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising within retail or fashion.

• Strong creativity and eye for design with attention to detail.

• Ability to train and guide store teams.

• Knowledge of current market trends and visual merchandising best practices.
