RTA Dubai is seeking a Supervisor – Vehicles Registration to oversee vehicle registration operations and ensure excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for UAE Nationals with relevant educational qualifications and experience in administration or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the E-Traffic System and follow up on system improvements.

• Create daily and monthly reports on work processes.

• Provide professional customer service and resolve escalations promptly.

• Identify customer satisfaction issues and collaborate with other business areas to implement preventive and corrective actions.

• Supervise RTA and strategic partner service centers.

• Set priorities to ensure task completion and efficient operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Higher Diploma in Business Administration or Public Relations (0–2 years experience) OR
  Diploma with 2 years’ experience OR
  High School with 5 years’ relevant experience.

• UAE National (mandatory).

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
