AGAPI is looking for a motivated (Junior) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team in Dubai. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from developing hiring strategies to onboarding top talent. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while keeping up with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment plans to attract top talent.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, candidate communication, interviews, and offers.

• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and perform interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.

• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure engagement throughout the process.

• Stay updated on industry trends, IT technologies, and labor market developments.

• Provide recruitment metrics, progress updates, and reports to senior management.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record in back-office recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
