Revolut, one of the world’s fastest-growing fintech companies with over 60 million customers, is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to strengthen its risk management framework in the UAE. Since 2015, Revolut has been redefining financial services through innovative products in spending, saving, investing, and more. This role sits at the heart of Revolut’s Risk team, focusing on operational risk governance, frameworks, and incident management while ensuring compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize operational risk management frameworks and processes for Revolut UAE.

• Identify, assess, and monitor various types of risks across products and teams.

• Guide internal teams on designing and implementing effective risk controls.

• Support development of risk policies, procedures, and appetite statements.

• Quantify operational risks, including stress testing and resilience assessments.

• Manage the incident reporting process and maintain accurate risk event records.

• Produce risk reports for management and regulators.

• Monitor risk indicators (KRIs), investigate breaches, and coordinate corrective actions.

• Deliver workshops and presentations on risk identification and mitigation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management within banking or financial services.

• Strong understanding of operational risk concepts and frameworks.

• Analytical thinker with the ability to structure complex issues into actionable insights.

• Highly organized and methodical problem-solver with strong attention to detail.

• Curious, proactive, and driven to challenge assumptions and improve systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in operational risk stress testing and quantification.

• Knowledge of CBUAE financial regulations and standards.

• Experience in a global organization or fintech environment.
