Huspy, a leading proptech company transforming the real estate and mortgage industry across EMEA, is looking for a Mortgage Consultant to join its Dubai team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by generating mortgage business, building strong partnerships with real estate agencies, and guiding clients seamlessly through the mortgage process. Huspy is backed by global investors like Sequoia Capital and Balderton Capital, and offers a dynamic, high-performance environment with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by efficiently managing client mortgage files from submission to completion.

  • Prospect and onboard real estate agencies to the Huspy platform through networking, in-person meetings, and presentations.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate partners to ensure engagement and retention.

  • Acquire new mortgage clients via partner networks and direct channels.

  • Advise clients on suitable bank products, policies, and procedures to meet their financing needs.

  • Provide end-to-end client support throughout the mortgage process.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges, drive initiatives, and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of Dubai mortgage experience with solid knowledge of the UAE’s real estate and financial markets.

  • Proven sales and consulting ability with a record of achieving revenue targets.

  • Strong product knowledge in mortgages and/or financial services.

  • Established network of introducers in the real estate sector.

  • Business development mindset with the ability to grow pipelines and identify opportunities.

  • Excellent client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Sales-driven, motivated, and results-focused personality.
