Key Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolios and funds within venture/growth capital or private equity.

• Drive investments in preventative health, precision medicine, artificial intelligence, deep tech, and other longevity-related sectors.

• Leverage strong Family Office and LP relationships to build partnerships and co-investment opportunities.

• Contribute as a partner-level professional with ownership mindset, supporting long-term growth.

• Collaborate with the existing global investment team and advisors.

Required Qualifications (Must meet all):

1. Proven portfolio or fund management experience (non-corporate) in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, or family office.

2. Minimum 5–10 years’ track record in venture capital investments, with demonstrable deal sheets and successful exits.

3. Sector expertise in Preventative Health, Precision Medicine, Blue Economy, Built Environment, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Deep Tech.

4. Established relationships with Family Offices and LPs (validated by co-investments or capital partnerships).

5. Based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai only).

6. A partner-ready mindset, with ambition to grow into a full-time or GP role, not seeking a standard employee position.
