This role is essential in delivering a high-quality guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, laundry services, and overall housekeeping standards. The Laundry Attendant will handle guest laundry, linens, uniforms, and public area cleaning, ensuring Marriott’s commitment to excellence, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and pressing linens, uniforms, and guest clothing.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry room and equipment.

• Ensure all laundry items are processed according to company standards.

• Assist with stocking carts and delivering items to guest rooms and departments as needed.

• Support housekeeping operations in maintaining guest rooms and public spaces.

• Follow safety protocols, company policies, and hygiene standards.

• Uphold professional uniform standards, personal grooming, and communication etiquette.

• Move, lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs as required.

• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Professional appearance and customer service-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
