AlFahim HQ is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join its HR team in Dubai. The role is responsible for managing the entire payroll cycle, ensuring accurate salary processing, WPS compliance, and alignment with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payroll processing, HRMS systems, and statutory compliance, while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency in employee data management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete payroll cycle including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and end-of-service benefits.

Ensure WPS compliance and timely submission of payroll files.

Maintain and update employee payroll records, timesheets, and leave balances.

Calculate gratuity, final settlements, and statutory payments.

Handle leave management (annual, sick, maternity, and unpaid leave).

Stay current with UAE Labor Law and ensure full compliance.

Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursements and statutory contributions.

Support HR operations including onboarding and offboarding from a payroll perspective.

Ensure confidentiality and security of employee payroll data.

Generate payroll reports and support audits and internal reviews.
Requirements:

3–5 years of payroll processing experience in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and WPS system.

Hands-on experience with payroll and HRMS software (SAP, Oracle, Zoho People, etc.).

Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Payroll certification is a plus.

Experience in medium to large-sized companies in the UAE.

Knowledge of Free Zone vs Mainland labor practices.
