Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Palliative Care (American Board) to join a leading healthcare team in Dubai. The role focuses on providing expert consultation in pain management, symptom control, and psychosocial support for patients requiring end-of-life care. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design personalized care plans and support patients and families with compassion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to patients and families on pain management, symptom relief, and psychosocial support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

• Monitor and coordinate care across hospice, long-term care, and home settings.

• Educate and train healthcare professionals on palliative care practices.

• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.

• Support patients and families in making informed end-of-life care decisions.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid American Board certification in Palliative Care (Canadian Board qualification also considered).

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant in Palliative Care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
