The company aims to strengthen its online presence and engage students, parents, and educators through innovative social media strategies.

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence. This hybrid role (onsite as per business requirements) runs from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, providing a chance to craft creative campaigns and content that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other platforms.

• Create, schedule, and post content: text, graphics, reels, short videos, and stories.

• Handle ad campaigns and optimize content for performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).

• Develop campaigns for product launches, events, and blog content.

• Monitor trends, student communities, and competitor activities to maintain relevance.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to align messaging.

• Create affiliate programs and other user-based marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

• Ability to write clear, engaging, student-friendly content.

• Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Figma, Capcut, or similar).

• Analytical mindset to interpret metrics and improve performance.

• Creative, proactive, and eager to experiment with new ideas.

• Bonus: Experience in edtech, AI, or student communities.
