Apparel Group, a leading retail and lifestyle conglomerate with a strong presence across the Middle East, Asia, and beyond, is looking for a Merchandiser to join its Dubai team. The role supports the Brand Manager in planning and executing product and assortment strategies to achieve financial goals while ensuring smooth allocation, delivery, and replenishment of merchandise across stores in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product and assortment planning to meet or exceed financial goals.

• Manage allocation, delivery, and replenishment of merchandise across all stores.

• Prepare merchandising reports including Retail Pro, Sell Thru, consolidation, and product breakdown reports.

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and stores to ensure product supply meets demand.

• Analyze best and worst sellers, seasonal performance, and customer preferences.

• Work closely with the buying team on orders, repeats, damages, and range planning.

• Support merchandise planning, product range presentations, and reviews.

• Monitor competition and identify opportunities for the brand.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and ensure confidentiality of documents.

• Partner with the Merchandise Planning team to optimize product mix, categories, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser in retail or fashion industry.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Retail Pro or similar systems.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
