Aljazeera Decor, a well-established company in the joinery and fit-out sector, is hiring a Draftsman / Estimator – Joinery (Woodwork) to support its growing operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven UAE experience in joinery and woodwork, with expertise in preparing technical drawings and project estimations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for joinery and woodwork projects.

• Review and interpret BOQ, designs, and project specifications.

• Perform material take-offs, quantity estimations, and cost calculations.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.

• Assist in tender preparation and project pricing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman/Estimator in joinery or woodwork (UAE experience preferred).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.

• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and production processes.

• Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings.

• High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
