The role involves providing administrative and general office support to the baggage services team, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Pack, sort, and distribute mail/documents in line with departmental procedures.

Prepare standard documents for internal/external distribution (photocopying, scanning, binding, faxing, laminating, etc.).

Maintain logs and reports, including data entry for timekeeping, forms, and applications.

Organize and maintain filing systems; recycle/dispose outdated files as per policy.

Monitor and maintain office equipment (fax, phones, photocopiers, etc.).

Order and track office stationery supplies.

Provide routine support such as typing, scheduling, contacting clients, and coordinating meetings/interviews.

Assist staff members with departmental updates and office administration tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.

Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Basic computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel (preferred).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
