Uber is seeking a Senior Identity & Document Compliance Program Manager for EMEA to lead the document operations program ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple countries. This role focuses on identity verification for earners on the Uber platform and requires cross-functional collaboration with Product, Policy, Operations, and Vendor Operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional compliance and safety operations to monitor regulatory changes.

• Oversee identity verification process and manage key KPIs on processing accuracy, speed, cost, automation, and fraud detection.

• Develop and execute improvement and recovery plans when KPIs underperform.

• Communicate program status and business health to regional stakeholders and leadership.

• Collaborate with operations and product teams to identify and implement process automations.

• Conduct deep-dives into processes to identify and close operational gaps.

• Build long-term strategy for EMEA Identity operations based on regional requirements and priorities.

Skills / Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing compliance, identity, or document operations.

• Experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication skills for liaising with leadership and teams.

• Strong analytical skills; advanced data analytics or SQL knowledge preferred.

• Experience working in matrix organizations and with Product/Engineering teams is a plus.
