AFM Holding Limited is seeking a talented Videographer & Photographer to create high-quality visual content across multiple platforms, including social media, YouTube, and outdoor advertising. The role involves leading shoots, editing videos and photos, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to bring campaigns to life.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional video and photo content for YouTube, social media, and outdoor campaigns.

• Adapt content for multiple formats and channels, ensuring proper sizing and messaging.

• Lead shoots, directing talent, providing styling input, and managing shot planning.

• Own the full production process from pre-production to post-editing.

• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and design teams to deliver polished content.

• Manage equipment, shoot schedules, and content libraries.

• Deliver fast-turnaround edits that meet campaign deadlines.

Skills / Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in video production and photography for digital content.

• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, YouTube edits, and campaign visuals.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar software.

• Ability to confidently direct shoots with or without a full crew.

• Understanding of frame rates, resolutions, and aspect ratios for multiple platforms.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fashion or retail content.

• Motion graphics or light animation skills.

• Experience with outdoor or large-format video assets (LED billboards, in-store screens).
