Emirates Islamic is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking to manage corporate client relationships, lead a team of relationship managers, and deliver Shariah-compliant financial solutions. This full-time on-site role in Dubai focuses on providing strategic banking advice, acquiring new corporate clients, and ensuring compliance with bank policies while optimizing business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.

• Acquire new corporate clients aligned with departmental strategies.

• Prepare proposals, obtain credit approval, and book approved transactions.

• Conduct risk analysis and recommend timely remedial actions.

• Optimize account performance and enhance business through cross-selling.

• Manage and mentor a team of relationship managers to achieve targets and maintain high service levels.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory norms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 10–15 years of experience in corporate banking, preferably in coverage roles.

• Strong understanding of banking products including treasury, capital markets, cash management, and trade finance.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
