Dubai Careers is seeking an Executive Employee Relation professional for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The role involves implementing operational plans, improving service efficiency, managing employee and customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute the department’s annual operational plan and budget.

Document, develop, and improve departmental processes through the integrated management system.

Monitor work system effectiveness and prepare periodic reports.

Conduct surveys to improve performance and measure customer satisfaction.

Receive and manage complaints, ensuring effectiveness of approved systems and service quality.

Process employee suggestions, evaluate, and implement feasible ideas for recognition.
-
Increase employee participation in the suggestions system and measure impact.

Respond to employee and client inquiries via electronic systems or in-person.

Implement operational procedures, policies, and approved decisions; suggest necessary updates.

Prepare daily, statistical, and performance reports in coordination with relevant units.

Assist employees in completing tasks and submitting required reports.

Maintain an accurate and updated database for internal and external stakeholders.

Draft memos, correspondence, and meeting minutes; archive appropriately.

Execute directives, circulars, and decisions relevant to the role.

Communicate with organizational units within and outside the department as directed.

Comply with security policies, attend awareness workshops, and report security incidents.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent (no experience required), or
-
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience.
