DGM Contracting LLC is seeking a Technical Architect to lead the technical delivery of residential projects. This full-time, on-site role ensures design intent is realized in construction, balancing creative design with practical buildability while delivering compliant, sustainable, and cost-effective housing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and manage technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models.

• Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards.

• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout project stages.

• Oversee site inspections, resolving technical issues and maintaining design quality.

• Lead technical workshops, design reviews, and clash resolution sessions.

• Support tender processes and respond to contractor queries.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, and technical detailing.

• Strong knowledge of residential building codes, NHBC standards, and Building Control.

• Understanding of sustainable design and modern methods of construction (MMC).

• Ability to deliver projects across RIBA stages 3–6.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience on medium to large-scale residential projects.

• Track record of managing technical packages from design to delivery.

• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
