Chalhoub Group, a leader in luxury retail across the Middle East, is seeking a Fashion Consultant for Swarovski at Mall of the Emirates. This full-time role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting CRM, CX, and other in-store initiatives. This opportunity is for Emirati nationals as part of the Emiratisation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while providing exceptional guest experiences.

• Collect and analyze customer behavior data, top sellers, and slow movers to support business reviews.

• Drive client relationships through an omnichannel approach.

• Provide pre-buying product feedback and support in-store marketing events and activations.

• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Conduct click-and-collect processes within SLAs and ensure accurate customer data capture.

• Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on app offerings.

• Monitor brand social media activities and campaigns.

• Drive in-store sell-through and customer experience initiatives.

• Provide feedback on store operations to improve performance.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills.
