See & Recruit is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to produce and manage high-quality digital content that enhances brand presence, promotes properties, and drives engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content development, preferably within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging copy, blog posts, video scripts, and social media captions on property trends, listings, and home-buying/selling tips.

• Produce visual content such as listing videos, reels, infographics, neighborhood highlights, and virtual tours.

• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Monitor engagement, interact with the audience, and grow social media reach.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and share client success stories, agent features, and community-focused content.

• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketer (real estate experience is a plus).

• Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and content production.

• Proficiency with digital tools for creating video, graphics, and social media content.

• Strong understanding of social media engagement and analytics.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
