This full-time, on-site role offers UAE Nationals the opportunity to serve their community through accessible healthcare, mentorship, and innovative patient-first services. Emirati pharmacists will play a vital role in bridging cultural understanding, improving health literacy, and supporting the UAE’s healthcare transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accessible healthcare services across HealthHub Clinics & Pharmacies in Dubai.

• Build trust and bridge cultural understanding with patients and communities.

• Educate patients and promote health literacy within the UAE population.

• Participate in mentorship programs for Emirati pharmacy students through NAFIS-funded initiatives.

• Contribute to community-focused healthcare delivery and continuous clinical excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Open to UAE Nationals only.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.

• DHA licensed or eligible for licensing.

• Passion for community service, patient-first care, and continuous learning.
