This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving sales targets, and contributing to Chalhoub’s culture of innovation, luxury, and inclusivity. The position also plays a vital role in driving customer loyalty, client relationships, and seamless omnichannel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while providing an outstanding guest experience.

• Build and maintain client relationships across an omni-channel environment.

• Collect and analyze data on customer behavior, best sellers, and slow movers for business insights.

• Ensure compliance with VM guidelines and standard operating procedures.

• Support CRM, CX, and loyalty program (MUSE) initiatives in-store.

• Facilitate click-and-collect services within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.

• Contribute to in-store events, marketing activations, and campaigns.

• Stay updated on brand-related social media activities.

• Provide pre-buying feedback and input on store operations.

• Actively promote a positive culture and support employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills.

• Open exclusively for Emiratisation (UAE Nationals).

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and delivering exceptional customer service.
