Chalhoub Group, the leading luxury retailer in the Middle East with over 70 years of excellence, is hiring an Emirati Fashion Consultant for Swarovski at Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving sales targets, and contributing to Chalhoub’s culture of innovation, luxury, and inclusivity. The position also plays a vital role in driving customer loyalty, client relationships, and seamless omnichannel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve individual and team sales targets while providing an outstanding guest experience.

Build and maintain client relationships across an omni-channel environment.

Collect and analyze data on customer behavior, best sellers, and slow movers for business insights.

Ensure compliance with VM guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Support CRM, CX, and loyalty program (MUSE) initiatives in-store.

Facilitate click-and-collect services within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).

Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.

Contribute to in-store events, marketing activations, and campaigns.

Stay updated on brand-related social media activities.

Provide pre-buying feedback and input on store operations.

Actively promote a positive culture and support employee experience initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong English communication skills.

Open exclusively for Emiratisation (UAE Nationals).

Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.

Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and delivering exceptional customer service.
