ALBADDAD Group is seeking an experienced Camp Boss to manage the daily operations of camp facilities, including the kitchen, dining services, and worker accommodations. The role ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all camp residents, while overseeing staff, maintaining supplies, and coordinating with vendors. This position is vital in supporting worker welfare and smooth camp logistics.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage kitchen staff and housekeeping teams, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

Plan and coordinate daily meal preparation and ensure dietary requirements are met.

Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

Monitor and maintain inventories of food, supplies, and equipment; place orders when required.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining hall, and accommodations.

Liaise with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of resources.

Address issues related to accommodation, meals, or camp facilities.

Inspect camp facilities to identify hazards and report maintenance requirements.

Maintain accurate records of meals served, supplies used, and staff attendance.

Promote a positive, respectful, and safe camp environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior experience in camp management, hospitality, or kitchen supervision is preferred.

Solid understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in remote or camp-based environments.

Skilled in managing inventory and supplies.

Flexible to work varied shifts when required.
