GE Vernova is looking for a Grid Beats Growth Leader to drive sustainable business growth for its software-defined automation solutions in the MENAT region. The role focuses on strategic market development, ecosystem expansion, and portfolio positioning in digital grid solutions, including Asset Performance Management (APM), Digital Substations, Device Management, and Distribution Automation.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive Grid Beats business performance in the region aligned with annual operating plans.

Lead growth strategy across MENAT, including market development, ecosystem engagement, and value creation.

Identify new market opportunities, segments, and trends to expand Grid Beats adoption.

Define and implement scalable go-to-market and customer engagement models.

Establish strategic partnerships with utilities, grid operators, and industry stakeholders.

Collaborate with product management, marketing, engineering, and commercial teams to align solutions with market needs.

Lead initiatives like localization, channel development, and co-innovation programs with key accounts.

Conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and gap analysis to support innovation planning.

Support key growth programs and large opportunity pursuits, aligning resources and executive sponsorship.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related technical field; MBA is a plus.

Strong understanding of power transmission and distribution, digitalization, and grid modernization.

Proven experience in business development, product growth, or strategic planning.

Technical proficiency in APM, Digital Substations, Device Management, Distribution Automation, and Grid Software Solutions.

Deep knowledge of MENAT energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and technology drivers.
Desired Characteristics:

Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive market development approach.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Willingness to travel over 40% of the time.
